Malé Cruise

Malé Cruise

Islands of Peace and Relaxation

In the Maldives, the dream begins even before you arrive, with a natural sight that will leave you speechless: clear, warm waters, white velvety sand, romantic sunsets and breathtaking sunrises, picturesque lagoons surrounded by coral reefs, and stunning underwater coral gardens. Your journey with MSC World Cruise will take you to the banks of these wild and lush atolls, for a holiday filled with peace, relaxation and the gentle sound of the waves.

An MSC Cruises excursion will take you on the discovery of the capital of Maldives, Malé, located on the island with the same name. The town is full of mosques, shops, clubs and markets, the perfect place to try restaurants offering local dishes. Male is perfect for diving into authentic Maldivian life and immersing yourself in the relaxed serene atmosphere that the people, with just a simple smile, are able to convey.
During your vacation with MSC Cruises, you will visit the Machangolhi District, the location of the fish and fruit market, and the National Museum. Among the main attractions of the city, there is also Sultan Park, a huge park which contains the oldest tree in the entire capital. In front of this beautiful garden, you can also have a look at the largest mosque in Malé, able to accommodate up to five thousand people.
Your MSC Cruises excursion will continue with the most beautiful characteristic activities of the Maldives: scuba diving and searching for shipwrecks. With their position in the middle of the Indian Ocean, the crystal clear waters of these islands have become a natural aquarium that offers rich marine life. You only need to put on a mask and snorkel to admire manta rays, moray eels, colorful fish, dolphins, sharks and turtles. There will also be the hours spent in the sun on the soft white sands of the wonderful and unique Maldives.
