What is the MSC Foundation?
The MSC Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the MSC Group. It works to create meaningful impact for our blue planet and its people by developing and supporting programmes and initiatives around the world dedicated to environmental conservation, education, community support and emergency relief. To achieve this, it works with trusted partners around the world, including UNICEF, Mercy Ships, Mission Blue and Marevivo.
Since its launch in 2018, the MSC Foundation has changed the lives of more than 3 million people around the world.
The Foundation’s accounts are subjected to an independent audit and published every year in its Annual Report.

How does my donation to the MSC Foundation work?
Every guest on a voyage with MSC Cruises has the opportunity to support the MSC Foundation’s programmes and initiatives around the world by making an optional €/$/£1 donation. For your convenience, this donation is provisionally added to your onboard account and can be increased, adjusted or cancelled at any time during your cruise at Reception - Guest Service, at the MSC Foundation Centre or by asking the MSC Concierge during your cruise, or alternatively by contacting Customer Service up to 30 days after disembarkation.

How can I cancel, increase or adjust my donation to the MSC Foundation?
Your €/$/£1 donation will be provisionally added to your onboard account the day before disembarkation.
You can cancel, increase, or adjust your donation at any time during your cruise at Reception - Guest Service, at the MSC Foundation Centre or by asking the MSC Concierge during your cruise; or alternatively by contacting Customer Service within 30 days after your cruise, either by calling XXXXXXX, emailing XXXXXXXXX.

How can I support the MSC Foundation during my cruise?
You can support the work of the MSC Foundation in several ways. You can make a donation, purchase items from our Buy for Good collection, or take part in one of our special initiatives and experiences, such as We Move for Coral. Every action helps the MSC Foundation's programmes and initiatives generate positive change for people and planet.
How much of each donation is spent on the programmes themselves?
Every donation you make, no matter how small, is matched by the MSC Group to double its impact and allocated 100% to selected MSC Foundation programmes and initiatives. There are no deductions for administrative or any other expenses, which are all paid for by the MSC Group.
