Trick Or Treat

• The Trick or Treat Promotion is valid for new qualifying bookings made between 01 October 2026 and 31 October 2026, inclusive.
• The promotion consists of two booking periods:
• Original Promotional Period: 01 October 2026 to 19 October 2026
• Extension Period: 20 October 2026 to 31 October 2026
• The promotion applies to selected MSC Armonia cruises and cabin categories sailing between November 2026 and March 2027, subject to availability.
• Customers may receive up to 30% off selected qualifying cruise fares. The discount available may vary by sailing date, cabin category, experience, booking date and availability.
• Offers, fares, discounts and promotional benefits may vary between the Original Promotional Period and the Extension Period, including for the same sailing, departure date or cabin category. Eligibility for any promotional fare, discount or benefit is determined by the booking confirmation date, not the sailing date. Any additional benefits introduced during the Extension Period apply only to new bookings confirmed during that period and do not apply retrospectively, unless expressly stated otherwise by MSC Cruises.
• Only one drink package per cabin. Cocktail, Spirits, Wine & Beer packages are included for new bookings made during the Extension Period on selected sailings departing 30 November 2026 and 7, 11 and 14 December 2026. The package is applicable to guests aged 18 years and older at the time of travel and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be substituted for any other package or benefit.
• Displayed rates are per person and based on the lowest available Inside Bella Experience cabin and are subject to change based on availability. Mandatory port, service and insurance charges are excluded unless otherwise stated.
• Bella Experience cabins are offered on a guaranteed basis where applicable, and cabin location cannot be selected.
• All cruise offers are capacity-controlled and selected cabins are offered at specific prices in accordance with MSC Cruises' Dynamic Pricing Policy.
• Rates are subject to availability and may be affected by applicable foreign exchange and fuel cost fluctuations.
• The promotional offer is not combinable with other promotions or brochure promotions but may be combined with the applicable MSC Voyagers Club discount, excluding Voyagers Exclusives.
• MSC Cruises reserves the right to extend, withdraw or amend this promotion for future bookings. Any amendment or enhancement introduced during a revised booking period will apply only to bookings made during that revised booking period, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• MSC Cruises reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions and to modify or cancel the promotion were reasonably necessary.

• The Cellini Travel Bag Voucher Competition is valid for new qualifying bookings made between 01-31 October 2026, inclusive.
• To enter the Cellini Travel Bag Voucher Competition, customers must make a new booking on MSC Armonia during the promotional period.
• Each qualifying booking automatically constitutes one (1) entry into the competition, with the lead passenger/main booking holder deemed the entrant.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older and legally resident in South Africa.
• A total of eight (8) Cellini Travel Bag Voucher, valued at approximately R5,000 each, will be awarded during October 2026.
• Two (2) winners will be selected per draw period, with four draw periods during October: 1–7 October, 8–14 October , 15–21 October and 22–31 October 2026.
• Each qualifying booking will be entered into the draw period corresponding with the date on which the booking was made and confirmed.
• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the applicable draw period, with the draw conducted under appropriate independent oversight in accordance with applicable South African legislation.
• A participant may only win one (1) Cellini Travel Bag Voucher during the promotion.
• Cancelled, fraudulent, fictitious, or otherwise invalid bookings will not qualify for entry.
• Directors, employees, agents, consultants, and suppliers directly associated with the promotion, and their immediate family members where applicable, may not enter.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their MSC Cruises booking and will be required to verify their identity and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
• The winner’s name may be announced on the MSC Cruises South Africa website and/or through participating radio stations or other agreed MSC Cruises communication channels, subject to applicable legislation.
• Winners may also be invited to participate in promotional or publicity activities relating to the competition; however, participation in such activities and the use of a winner’s image, photograph or likeness will be voluntary and subject to the winner’s consent.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• MSC Cruises will arrange delivery or collection of the prize with each verified winner. Delivery will be limited to a valid physical address within South Africa, where applicable.
• Personal information will be processed only as reasonably required to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, and fulfil prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
• MSC Cruises reserves the right to correct genuine errors or omissions and, subject to applicable law, amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.
• The competition will be administered in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and applicable regulations.
