VIP CRUISE EXPERIENCE COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Black Friday VIP Cruise Experience Competition is valid for new qualifying MSC Armonia bookings made between 01 November 2026 and 30 November 2026, inclusive.
• To enter the competition, customers must make a new qualifying booking on MSC Armonia during the promotional period.
• Each qualifying booking automatically constitutes one (1) entry into the competition, with the lead passenger/main booking holder deemed the entrant.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older and legally resident in South Africa.
• A total of five (5) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one (1) VIP Cruise Experience package for two (2) people, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
• Each VIP Cruise Experience package will include:
• Return economy-class domestic flights for two (2) people to either Durban or Cape Town, depending on the departure port of the winner's qualifying MSC Armonia cruise.
• Return airport transfers for two (2) people between the applicable arrival airport and the MSC Cruises cruise terminal.
• Access to the MSC Privé Experience at the applicable cruise terminal for two (2) people, subject to availability and operational arrangements.
• Complimentary selected onboard drinks packages for two (2) people for the duration of the qualifying cruise.
• Complimentary selected onboard Wi-Fi packages for two (2) people for the duration of the qualifying cruise.
• The prize does not include the cost of the cruise booking itself, which remains payable by the winner in accordance with the applicable promotional fare and booking conditions.
• Flights will be arranged by MSC Cruises or its appointed travel partner and will be subject to airline availability, flight schedules, departure airports and applicable booking conditions.
• Flights will be booked in economy class from an eligible South African domestic airport as determined by MSC Cruises in consultation with the winner. Flight changes, upgrades, additional baggage and other personal travel expenses are excluded unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
• Airport transfers will be arranged by MSC Cruises or its appointed service provider and will apply only to the designated airport-to-cruise-terminal return journey.
• The MSC Privé Experience is subject to availability at the applicable embarkation terminal and may vary according to the departure port and operational requirements.
• Complimentary drinks packages will be allocated in accordance with MSC Cruises' applicable onboard beverage package conditions and age restrictions. Alcoholic beverages will only be available to guests aged 18 years and older.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi packages will be subject to MSC Cruises' onboard connectivity conditions, including applicable data, device and service limitations.
• The prize is valid only in conjunction with the winner's qualifying MSC Armonia booking and cannot be transferred to another booking, sailing or individual without prior written approval from MSC Cruises.
• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The draw will be conducted under appropriate independent oversight in accordance with applicable South African legislation.
• A participant may only win one (1) VIP Cruise Experience package during the competition.
• Cancelled, fraudulent, fictitious, duplicate or otherwise invalid bookings will not qualify for entry. A booking must remain valid and confirmed at the time of the draw and prize fulfilment.
• Directors, employees, agents, consultants and suppliers directly associated with the promotion, and their immediate family members where applicable, may not enter.
• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their MSC Cruises booking and will be required to verify their identity, booking details and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
• Should a winner fail to respond within seven (7) calendar days of being contacted, or fail to meet the eligibility requirements, MSC Cruises reserves the right to select an alternative winner, subject to applicable legislation.
• Winners will be required to provide all necessary travel information and documentation within the timelines communicated by MSC Cruises to facilitate flight bookings, transfers and other prize arrangements.
• Any costs not expressly included in the VIP Cruise Experience package, including accommodation before or after the cruise, personal expenses, additional transport, travel upgrades and incidental costs, will be for the winner's own account.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and no alternative monetary compensation will be provided for any unused portion of the prize.
• In the event of cancellation or material amendment of the winner's qualifying cruise booking, the associated VIP Cruise Experience prize may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation or amendment.
• The winner's name may be announced on the MSC Cruises South Africa website, social media platforms and/or other agreed MSC Cruises communication channels, subject to applicable legislation.
• Winners may be invited to participate in promotional or publicity activities relating to the competition; however, participation in such activities and the use of a winner's image, photograph or likeness will be voluntary and subject to the winner's consent.
• Personal information will be processed only as reasonably required to administer the competition, verify entries, contact winners, arrange travel and fulfil prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
