Luggage |
| A: |
Insurance must be taken out with MSC Cruises according to the conditions on page 220-221. International airline baggage regulations subject luggage to size and weight limitations; the normal economy class allowance is 23kg. In particular, for the United States passengers are allowed only two items of luggage. Airlines reserve the right to charge a supplement for excess baggage. MSC Cruises accepts no responsibility for issues arising during airport departure or arrival. Furthermore, luggage travels at the passengers own risk. Passengers are advised to carry medicines, documents etc. in their hand luggage.

These Conditions of Carriage set out the terms that govern the relationship, responsbilities and liabilities as between the Passenger and the Carrier and are BINDING ON THE PARTIES. These Terms and Conditions of Carriage will also apply where the vessel is being used as a floating hotel whether or not there is a Passage Contract and whether or not there is any carriage. The Passenger agrees to be bound by all its terms, conditions and limitations. All prior oral and/or written agreement is superseded by these conditions. These Conditions of Carriage cannot be amended without written and signed consent from The Carrier or its authorised representative. The Passage Contract issued by the Organiser is valid only for the Passenger or Passengers for whom it is issued for the date and Vessel indicated or any substitute vessel and is not transferable. 3. For those who do not participate, the amount will be charged to the cabin account and must be settled at the end of the cruise. The visa allows the passenger to take part in all MSC Cruises excursions, including those outside Tripoli. Remember that this visa permits those who plan to disembark on their own to visit the city of Tripoli alone.
